Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for leading the development of restructuring programs, turnaround concepts and options analyses, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Preparation and validation of integrated company plans and short-term liquidity forecasts
• Conducting business and financial analyses (financial analysis of company history, root-cause analyses, contribution margin calculations, etc.)
• Identifying and quantifying restructuring potential together with our experts from production, logistics, procurement, sales, finance and HR
• Responsible for the strategic, financial and operational realignment of the client, including supporting the implementation of measures

• Independently develop and take responsibility for sub-areas within large-scale projects
• Prepare and validate integrated corporate plans and short-term liquidity forecasts
• Perform business and financial analyses (financial analysis of the company’s history, root-cause analyses, contribution margin accounting, etc.)
• Identify and quantify restructuring potential together with our experts from production, logistics, procurement, sales, finance and HR
• Actively participate in the strategic, financial and operational realignment of clients, including supporting the implementation of measures

Manager – Finance Advisory

• Verantwortliche Leitung bei der Erarbeitung von Restrukturierungsprogrammen, Sanierungskonzepten und Optionsanalysen und erster Ansprechpartner für Kunde und Stakeholder
• Erstellung und Plausibilisierung von integrierten Unternehmensplanungen sowie kurzfristigen Liquiditätsplanungen
• Durchführung betriebswirtschaftlicher Analysen (Finanzwirtschaftliche Analyse der Unternehmenshistorie, Root-Cause-Analysen, Deckungsbeitragsrechnung usw.)
• Identifikation und Quantifizierung von Restrukturierungspotenzialen gemeinsam mit unseren Experten aus Produktion, Logistik, Einkauf, Vertrieb, Finanzen und Personal
• Verantwortlichkeit für strategische, finanzwirtschaftliche und operative Neuausrichtung des Mandanten inklusive Unterstützung bei der Maßnahmenumsetzung
• Auf- und Ausbau von Kunden- und Bankenbeziehung im Themensegment
• Konsequente Weiterentwicklung des Beratungsansatzes und aktive Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von enomyc
• Anleitung und operative Ausbildung der (Senior) Consultants und Manager:innen
