About the role

  • Technical comparative analysis of vehicles from competing automakers, considering technical specifications, features, trims, standard and optional equipment, performance, purchase and maintenance costs, etc.
  • Technical support for the acquisition of vehicles from competing automakers.
  • Management of the fleet of competitor vehicles, coordinating test schedules with all technical areas.
  • Organize and participate in events and test drives with various departments and company management, acting as the technical specialist for competitor vehicles.
  • Organize, prepare materials, and deliver technical workshops related to benchmarking (market/competition analysis).
  • Supervise vehicle teardown/disassembly.
  • Analyze and produce reports with technical comparative descriptions of parts and components from competitor vehicles, detailing materials, weight, dimensions, manufacturing processes, etc.

Requirements

  • Technical or university degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related fields.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Intermediate English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams).
  • Previous experience and affinity with the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of PowerApps, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query and/or SharePoint for potential development of applications to optimize processes.
