About the role

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects integrating CXOne and Salesforce platforms within a dynamic healthcare environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and deliver exceptional patient and provider experiences
  • Oversee end-to-end project management for CXOne and Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define project goals, and communicate progress
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Coordinate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and compliant
  • Identify potential risks and issues early
  • Develop mitigation strategies and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending enhancements to maximize efficiency and quality
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to healthcare regulations and company security standards
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in healthcare or related industry
  • Proven track record managing CXOne and Salesforce projects
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, CRM, and contact center technologies
  • Strong understanding of CXOne and Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration methods
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, ServiceNow)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
