About the role
- Ensure field team is staffed, scheduled, and deployed efficiently to meet patient demand and operational goals.
- Own the data models, reporting, and recommendations for staffing decisions.
- Work with Regional Managers to improve workforce utilization and minimize non-productive time.
- Forecast workforce needs based on sales inputs, demand trends, and operational performance.
- Conduct operational analyses to improve service delivery.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools for tracking efficiency and staffing KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, operations, data analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in workforce planning, operations analysis, or similar analytical roles—preferably in healthcare, logistics, and/or other field-based services.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex modeling, dynamic dashboards, and scenario analysis.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is a strong plus.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement or operational efficiency.
