About the role
- Work closely with the Chief Learning Officer to deliver outstanding trainings to clients.
- Develop comprehensive training scripts and materials translating sustainability, safety and compliance topics into engaging learning modules.
- Construct and structure trainings within the Empacto platform, ensuring smooth user experience and pedagogical effectiveness.
- Refine and perfect training materials through multiple iterations, focusing on detail and quality.
- Systematically incorporate client and user feedback to improve training effectiveness.
- Assist in initial client workshops to understand training needs and objectives; participate in client check-ins and progress updates.
- Maintain organized documentation and track multiple concurrent training projects.
- Write scripts for explanatory videos, coordinate creation of visual materials, source and organize multimedia assets, and work with editors/designers for cohesive materials.
- Propose and explore improvements to training methodology and new content formats.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong Generative AI skills (knowledge of ChatGPT and similar tools).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent English communication skills; German proficiency is a valuable advantage.
- Genuine interest in sustainability, safety and compliance within business contexts.
- Availability for 4-6 months full-time internship.
- Previous exposure to content refinement (polishing presentations or training materials).
- Writing or editing experience, marketing content development, or instructional design projects.
- Ideal academic backgrounds: Business (HR focus), Business Psychology, Psychology, Communications, or related fields (passion and aptitude matter more than specific degree).
- Startup mindset: thrives in dynamic environments, process-oriented with strong project management instincts, collaborative and able to work independently.
