About the role
- Ensure correct implementation of customer contracts and commercial terms in our internal systems (e.g., CRM, billing, provisioning), after all required internal and external approvals have been obtained.
- Translate signed agreements into clear, executable configurations (e.g., products, pricing, terms) that can be reliably used by Sales Ops, RevOps, and Customer Success.
- Work closely with Sales, SalesOps, Customer Success, and Support to ensure alignment on customer status, contract details, and commercial commitments.
- Maintain high data quality in CRM (Salesforce) and related systems by ensuring that opportunities, accounts, and contracts are complete, consistent, and up-to-date.
- Support Revenue Operations with structured information and insights needed for forecasting, revenue tracking, and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in sales back office, commercial operations, contract administration, or a similar role — ideally in SaaS
- Strong experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and comfort navigating multiple internal systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
