About the role
- Scout, evaluate, and shortlist potential store locations (mall and non-mall).
- Conduct market and real estate research to identify high-potential locations.
- Work with local real estate partners when needed and ensure alignment on our location criteria.
- Support or lead lease negotiations with landlords and mall operators.
- Own the end-to-end project management of store launches across Europe.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables with BD, Retail Ops, Logistics, VM, HR, IT, and Finance.
- Track progress, budgets, and documentation to ensure each launch is on time and on scope.
- Ensure new stores follow brand standards and operational readiness guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience in retail expansion, real estate, or project-based operational roles.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams and external partners.
- Analytical, structured, and able to evaluate commercial trade-offs.
- Hands-on and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in English, German is a huge plus.
- Willing to travel across Europe for site visits and store openings.
