About the role

  • Scout, evaluate, and shortlist potential store locations (mall and non-mall).
  • Conduct market and real estate research to identify high-potential locations.
  • Work with local real estate partners when needed and ensure alignment on our location criteria.
  • Support or lead lease negotiations with landlords and mall operators.
  • Own the end-to-end project management of store launches across Europe.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables with BD, Retail Ops, Logistics, VM, HR, IT, and Finance.
  • Track progress, budgets, and documentation to ensure each launch is on time and on scope.
  • Ensure new stores follow brand standards and operational readiness guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail expansion, real estate, or project-based operational roles.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams and external partners.
  • Analytical, structured, and able to evaluate commercial trade-offs.
  • Hands-on and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in English, German is a huge plus.
  • Willing to travel across Europe for site visits and store openings.
