About the role

  • Develop and implement a strategic account plan to improve account reach and drive sales growth
  • Drive whitespace penetration and growth of net-new use cases where Emerson can drive incremental value and services. Framing differentiated solutions that have confirmed and relevant value for the Strategic Account
  • Deep understanding of the customer’s value creating process and alignment of the functional and business unit processes of the two companies
  • Leading all internal and external business resources vital to win the assigned project or program; handling all internal resources including world area sales, divisional business sales, project execution teams and executive management
  • Establish structured governance models, including QBRs, pipeline reviews, and performance scorecards across partner-customer engagements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business experience with a proven track record of handling key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal team members.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong business insight and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
