Drive whitespace penetration and growth of net-new use cases where Emerson can drive incremental value and services. Framing differentiated solutions that have confirmed and relevant value for the Strategic Account
Deep understanding of the customer’s value creating process and alignment of the functional and business unit processes of the two companies
Leading all internal and external business resources vital to win the assigned project or program; handling all internal resources including world area sales, divisional business sales, project execution teams and executive management
Establish structured governance models, including QBRs, pipeline reviews, and performance scorecards across partner-customer engagements.
Requirements
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business experience with a proven track record of handling key accounts and driving revenue growth.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal team members.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong business insight and understanding of market dynamics.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
