About the role

  • Partner with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies that support organizational goals, including succession planning, talent acquisition, and retention programs.
  • Coach and develop senior leaders to enhance their effectiveness, foster inclusive leadership behaviors, and strengthen organizational bench strength.
  • Champion cultural transformation initiatives that promote innovation, collaboration, and agility within a fast-paced technology and engineering environment.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies that improve performance, engagement, and organizational health.
  • Lead change management efforts, organizational design projects, and capability-building programs to ensure scalability and adaptability.
  • Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance to ensure holistic HR support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Proven expertise in organizational development and change management.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in technology or engineering sectors is highly desirable.
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF) or HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred
