About the role

  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes using Artificial Intelligence, RPA, Python, and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Be a member of the Intelligent Automation team that will work on project-based assignments in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver automated processes
  • Use the Scrum agile project management framework to manage complex projects
  • Adhere to development and quality assurance standards to ensure stability and reliability of automations
  • Implement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools
  • Leverage Intelligent Automation tools, including but not limited to: Python, GitHub, Robocorp/Sema4.ai RPA, Microsoft OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Artificial Intelligence tools, APIs, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
  • Pursue and successfully pass Python Level I & Level II and Robocorp/Sema4.ai certifications and Fundamentals level Microsoft certification
  • Consistently learn to expand knowledge
  • Build knowledge of business processes to understand how automations can add value
  • Work with process owners to understand and map out their processes
  • Adhere to Lean and process improvement methodologies
  • Provide intermediate-level troubleshooting and support for deployed automations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or business
  • Strong proficiency in Python for automation and scripting
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or similar)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to learn new software tools quickly and apply learnings effectively
  • Intellectual curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
  • Action oriented with a passion for helping others
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
