About the role
- Understands Emerald offerings and directs the customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Emerald services
- Works with site Lead PM to provide revenue forecasting by account
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction (On-time Delivery, Quality, Communication)
- Provide verbal and written communication to customers to ensure expectations are met
- Serve as the primary site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer requirements are met
- Conduct team meetings, document issues, and proactively keep internal and external customers informed of status and overall status of the program
- Works with site Lead PM to manage all program-related decisions and ensure alignment to the terms and conditions of the customers' contract (On-Time delivery, A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMAs)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred and/or 5 years relevant industry experience
- At least 2 years of related experience in relevant manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of manufacturing, Engineering and Technical Services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience driving customer account development
- Prior experience in managing customer revenue growth and commercial management/execution
- Proficient computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
