- Ensuring residents' life satisfaction through individualized, activating and holistic care and support
- Active participation in and implementation of care concepts and care standards

Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d)
- Further qualification in geriatric psychiatry (gerontopsychiatric specialist) (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a quality‑oriented and structured manner
