About the role
- Ensure residents' quality of life through individualized, activating, and holistic nursing care and support
- Actively participate in and implement nursing concepts and care standards
- Adapt care to the resident's current health status and individual needs
- Document nursing processes and support quality assurance
- Carry out medically delegated orders and therapies
- Provide conceptual support and further development of work in the secured living unit
- Provide professional guidance to nursing assistants, students, and interns
Requirements
- Completed training as a nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Further qualification as a geriatric psychiatric specialist (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a quality-oriented and structured manner
- Commitment, flexibility, and a caring approach to our residents
- Team player with social skills and a sense of responsibility
