About the role
- Ensure residents' well-being through individualized, activating and holistic nursing care and support
- Collaborate in implementing care concepts and nursing standards
- Adapt care to each resident's current health status
- Carry out medically delegated prescriptions and therapies
- Provide professional guidance to nursing assistants, students and interns
- Document care processes and contribute to quality assurance
- Provide pre- and post-admission support for residents
- Perform administrative tasks related to occupancy management
Requirements
- Completed training as a geriatric nurse, health and (registered) nurse, or qualified nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Ideally professional experience; however, career starters and professionals re-entering the field are warmly welcome and will be supported
- Comfortable with digital documentation
- Experience with IT-supported/electronic documentation systems
- Passion for the nursing profession and enjoyment in working with residents
- Quality-oriented and structured way of working
