About the role

Ensure residents' quality of life through individualized, activating, and holistic nursing care and support
Actively participate in and implement care concepts and nursing standards
Adapt care to each resident's health condition and individual needs

Administer physician-delegated orders and therapies
Provide conceptual support and further develop practices in the protected residential unit

Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d)

Ability to work in a quality-oriented and structured manner
High level of commitment and organizational skills
