About the role

  • Assist with troubleshooting M365 IRWorks incident and tasks tickets
  • Assist with monitoring performance and usage of Dataverse environments
  • Assist with establishing and configuring Power Platform environments
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate issues
  • Assist with monitoring M365 services and end user data retention requirements
  • Manage and resolve IRWorks support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Administer and provide support for OneDrive for Business
  • Oversee and maintain SharePoint Online (SPO) and Microsoft Teams integration
  • Create and update knowledge articles to document processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) Cloud Suite in a large corporate or government environment.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate/Flow).
  • Strong .NET development skills, including: C# Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts.
  • Knowledge of Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and the Azure ecosystem.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 development and SharePoint Administration.
  • Ability to develop PowerApps models and customize SharePoint lists and disparate systems using PowerApps.
  • Experience managing user permissions, data retention, and compliance settings.
  • Knowledge and experience with: Copilot for Power Apps, Copilot for Power Automate, AI Builder
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the entire M365 cloud platform and AvePoint Online Services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies and technical business concepts to multiple audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective business unit relationships.
