About the role

  • Provide technical oversight for Microsoft 365 solutions and related projects.
  • Lead and manage Power Platform integration across organizational systems and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance and implement Purview security and governance best practices.
  • Deliver architecture support, including design, optimization, and scalability of M365 environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) Cloud Suite in a large corporate or government environment.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate/Flow).
  • Strong .NET development skills, including: C# Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Proficiency in creating PowerShell scripts.
  • Knowledge of Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and the Azure ecosystem.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 development and SharePoint Administration.
  • Ability to develop PowerApps models and customize SharePoint lists and disparate systems using PowerApps.
  • Experience managing user permissions, data retention, and compliance settings.
  • Knowledge and experience with: Copilot for Power Apps, Copilot for Power Automate, AI Builder.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the entire M365 cloud platform and AvePoint Online Services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies and technical business concepts to multiple audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective business unit relationships.
