About the role
- Responsible for material and production planning
- Ensuring timely supply across the supply chain
- Managing and correcting supply delays
- Reviewing the feasibility of the agreed demand from S&OP
- Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing inventories and production capacities
- Rescheduling production based on available material stocks
- Preparing delivery schedules
- Ongoing coordination with colleagues in day-to-day operations
- Developing and implementing measures to improve efficiency and minimize risk
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Professional experience in production planning or a comparable area
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (IBP, MRP)
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical thinking
- Understanding of complex manufacturing processes
- Empathy and flexibility
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and a results-oriented mindset
- High resilience and ability to work under pressure
