• Conduct initial assessments/intake interviews to assess clients' mental health diagnoses and needs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
• Provide individual, family, couples and/or group therapy sessions.
• Utilize various Evidenced Based therapeutic modalities and interventions to help Client reach their therapeutic goals
• Collaborate with a forward-thinking team to provide holistic care
• Complete ongoing documentation and maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and weekly 1:1s
