About the role
- Translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for both static and motion design expressions
- Evolve and expand the brand system to ensure consistency and scalability across all customer touch points
- Conceptualize and produce motion graphics and animations that bring stories, products, and messages to life
- Develop motion design strategies that enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement
- Build out motion design guidelines and systems to ensure consistency across all motion assets
- Scale motion practices through the creation of training videos, product explainers, and reusable motion templates
- Create multimedia narratives that communicate the essence of teams, projects, or products, tailored to specific audiences and objectives
- Evolve the website and other digital experiences to effectively communicate our value proposition and brand positioning
- Design a broad range of marketing materials—including digital and print ads, social media graphics, web assets, email templates, presentations, and promotional items
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment between design vision and execution
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Support product design initiatives to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the brand identity
- Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional brand and motion design experience
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment with high volume of deliverables
- Impeccable execution and care for all aspects of design, from conceptual thinking to motion and brand design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion and design skills
- Confident presentation and storytelling abilities
- Comfort and confidence in collaborating closely with departments such as sales, marketing, and product
- Proficiency with contemporary design tools and methods such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop) and Figma
