About the role
- Collaborate with counterparts across BI&A to develop and execute a unified enterprise AI strategy aligned with business objectives
- Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance with governance, security, and ethical standards
- Develop deep understanding of business goals and challenges, and translate into clear work streams with appropriate methodology for execution
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, internal security standards, and best practices
- Manage a wide variety of senior stakeholders and junior colleagues as part of a highly matrixed global organization
- Efficiently lead AI and ML team in US in partnership with India-based team
- Collaborate with BI&A and GCO teams to integrate AI into core business processes
- Lead design and implementation of AI solutions, including generative AI and intelligent automation
- Partner with data engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions
- Oversee end-to-end ML lifecycle management and provide observability frameworks
- Lead team in building scalable ML pipelines and ensure modular, production-ready code
Requirements
- PhD or master's in computer science, Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or field of experience of relevant experience leading an advanced analytical function
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
- Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically in an ambiguous environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy AI solutions across enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, ML frameworks, ML platform engineering, and orchestration tools
- Proficient in at least one programming package (Python preferred)
- Experience using common data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and visualization packages and frameworks (e.g., Seaborn, Plotly, Flask, RShiny)
- Broad awareness and working knowledge of advanced analytics areas such as ML, NLP, optimization, and Predictive Analytics
- PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or closely related with 3+ years of experience or Master’s degree in those fields with 6+ years of relevant experience leading an advanced analytical function
- Proven ability to rally resources to achieve project and business results.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
