About the role
- Support the Associate Director of L&D in the design, implementation and maintenance of training programs
- Ensure that site learning systems and practices align with global standards
- Identify and analyze capability gaps using performance data and feedback
- Collaborate with site leaders and Global MQ L&D Center of Excellence and L&D Network
- Develop and implement effective, site-related training solutions
- Localize global learning assets for the site
- Integrate adult learning principles and modern instructional design into training programs
- Conduct periodic reviews of training effectiveness
- Monitor the delivery quality to drive learner engagement and outcomes
- Manage suppliers working on L&D related projects
- Partner with cross-functional teams and the Global MQ L&D Center of Excellence and L&D Networks
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years Training and facilitation experience
- MS Office experience
- Experience in regulated industries
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Project management experience
- Strong communication skills; written, verbal and active listening
- Strong collaboration with colleagues; ability to work with and through others
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate and resolve issues
- Goal and solution focused, demonstrated both a bias for action and focus on results
