• Own the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for a portfolio of real estate clients.
• Ensure monthly closings are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with payroll-related issues, reconcile accounts, and prepare clean financial statements.
• Communicate directly with clients (if needed) in a professional, friendly manner.
• Collaborate with our bookkeeper and staff accountant to maintain high standards across all files.
• Support the founder by helping remove them from daily accounting tasks so they can focus on advisory and business growth.
