About the role
- Lead a team of analysts and data professionals in developing attribution methodologies and reporting systems
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and analytics development
- Partner with key stakeholders to define, validate, and test analytics and attribution enhancements
- Oversee day-to-day analytics operations
- Establish and maintain clear documentation, testing protocols, and sign-off procedures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, clinical, actuarial, and technology teams
- Report project progress, performance risks, and results to senior management
- Contribute to budgeting, planning, and team resource allocation
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience leading project teams
- In-depth, hands-on experience with attribution engines
- Knowledge of PIMS and the Elevance Health platform strongly preferred
- A Master’s degree in Data Science, Compute Science, Health Informatics, or a related discipline strongly preferred
- Experience supporting value-based program attribution models
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Strong programming skills in SQL, SAS, and Python
- Ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences
