About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for our B2C customers for questions and concerns — by phone, email, and through our ticketing system.
  • You analyze and document incoming inquiries and find solutions — quickly, professionally, and with a customer-focused approach.
  • You work closely with other departments such as Sales and the Back Office to ensure the best possible customer experience.
  • You help improve internal processes and continuously enhance our service quality.

Requirements

  • You have initial experience in customer service, ideally in the B2C sector.
  • You communicate professionally, empathetically, and solution-oriented — both verbally and in writing.
  • You have a good technical understanding and quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and systems.
  • You are a team player but also work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
