About the role
- Coordinate and supervise catering operations
- Ensure communication with the production site
- Monitor orders and ensure their proper adjustment
- Oversee the supply of beverages and goods
- Implement a customized meal service
- Develop and deliver a high-quality catering offering
- Plan and lead culinary events and workshops
- Supervise the quality of services
- Propose homemade snacks
- Maintain a friendly atmosphere for guests and colleagues
- Represent Eldora to the Foundation's managers
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Ensure compliance with hygiene rules and standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare and institutional catering
- Experience in high-end hospitality
- Team-oriented mindset
- Consistent motivation and a taste for challenges
- Creativity and an innovative approach
- Good knowledge of administrative management
- Proactive and meticulous
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in French required
- CFC (Swiss Federal VET Diploma) as a Cook or an equivalent qualification required
