About the role
- You provide written and telephone support for customer service activities
- You communicate with other service units and external market partners
- You actively assist in handling cases related to electricity and natural gas products in the billing system
- You prepare analyses, statistics, and presentations
- You take part in exciting IT projects where you can contribute and further develop your skills
- You contribute your expertise to the establishment of an internal documentation tool
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences program, preferably with a focus on economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- You enjoy communicating with others and demonstrate strong customer orientation
- You are proficient with common MS Office applications and ideally have an affinity for working with IT systems
- You want to work up to 20 hours per week alongside your studies, and up to 38 hours per week during semester breaks
