Administration

• You are responsible for the system and specialist administration of IT systems in the market communication environment: B2B by practice (middleware with a focus on utility/provider environments)
• Support of AS4 communication and API services
• Integration and communication with third-party systems
• You independently handle customer support requests in accordance with the relevant technical guidelines
• You assist in planning, implementing and testing IT application systems
• You can work on innovations within projects and incorporate the insights gained from daily support
• You independently check the performance, currency and operational readiness of the applications in your area of responsibility (housekeeping)
• You ensure reliable and consistent data backups of archived messages
• You identify incidents and can initiate measures to resolve them
