About the role
- Perform B2B inbound and outbound outreach (50/50) targeting ideal customer profiles to book qualified discovery meetings
- Build rapport & nurture relationships with C-level prospects across the EMEA region
- Act as main point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Prospect new clients to identify pains and qualify interest in new SaaS solutions
- Ensure warm handover of qualified opportunities to Account Manager for further negotiation
- Work closely with account managers and internal teams to meet client objectives and KPIs
Requirements
- Speaks Italian as a first language
- Minimum intermediate level in speaking English
- Real desire to build a career in technology sales
- Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and curious
- Display a learning & growth mindset
- No prior experience required (full job and product training provided)
