  • Own and execute the global growth strategy, leading sales and marketing to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in growth, sales or revenue-focused roles
  • Proven success driving integrated growth strategies across sales and marketing in B2B SaaS or fintech environments
  • Proven successful track record of exceeding revenue targets and building high-growth sales organisations
  • Demonstrated ability to scale sales organizations from early-stage to mature, predictable revenue operations
  • Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams, with a commitment to team development, mentoring and diversity
  • Deep expertise in payments, fintech, or financial services technology sectors, ideally across B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
