About the role
- Develops and maintains all of the critical elements of the Enterprise Risk Management framework
- Manages the governance and oversight activities for the Enterprise Risk Management Function including policy and standards, program requirements, and knowledge management systems
- Responsible for enterprise wide risk management reporting and monitoring
- Represents Risk Management in product development committee and other organizational project and change management initiatives
- Develops risk management reports to the Fulton Financial Corporation Board and its committees
Requirements
- 15 or more years of compliance, external audit, internal audit, risk management, regulatory supervision, or applicable experience
- preferably within a large public accounting firm, consulting organization, or the commercial banking industry
- Certified Internal Auditor Preferred
- Certified Public Accountant Preferred
- Certification in Risk Management Assurance Preferred
