About the role

  • Lead the definition of OneStream system platform and project scope
  • Provide design and architecture guidance to project teams for larger projects/initiatives
  • Lead development, implementation, and support activities by adhering to IT design methodology
  • Translate business requirements into specific solutions, applications, or process designs
  • Identify and evaluate integration opportunities
  • Act as subject matter expert related to OneStream
  • Establish communication and documentation approaches for external developments
  • Define and maintain strategic roadmap for OneStream application
  • Guide design and build of seamless integrations with source systems
  • Direct design and build of financial models, reporting frameworks, and dashboards
  • Conduct assessment reviews of OneStream application for enhancements
  • Monitor all inbound and outbound integrations
  • Manage ticket queue and perform monthly application maintenance
  • Support SOX and other regulatory compliance audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • A minimum of twelve years of IT experience (OR ten years with a Master's degree)
  • OneStream design/integration experience
  • Consolidation Accounting experience
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering (preferred)
  • Certifications in related disciplines (programming, database development, project management, etc.) required
  • Architecture certification: TOGAF, ZACHMAN, etc. (preferred)
  • Experience in highly regulated environments (preferred)
  • Knowledge of other EPM tools, such as Hyperion, Anaplan, or SAP BPC (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies (preferred)
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business processes in the area of responsibility (Finance, accounting, consolidation, & Reporting) (preferred)
  • Expertise in at least one technical language and data management system (e.g., TCL, JavaScript, SQL)
  • Expert knowledge in Application Solution modeling and documentation (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Quality Validation Requirements) (preferred)
