About the role

  • Monitor network devices and systems using tools like Zabbix, LibreNMS, and Grafana
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues, escalating when necessary
  • Open, manage, and follow up on tickets with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and incident resolutions
  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls and tickets in English
  • Collaborate with the Network Engineering Team on network configurations and improvements
  • Participate in special projects across the Network, SRE, and Cloud teams

Requirements

  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • CCNA, JNCIA, or other network certification OR previous experience in a NOC or similar technical support environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle shift-based schedules
  • Customer-focused mindset, especially under pressure
  • Eagerness to learn and continuously grow in the networking field.
