About the role
- Supports the day-to-day legal operations and ensures compliance with applicable laws
- Drafts, reviews, and edits low‑ to medium‑complexity agreements and legal documents
- Manages contract lifecycle and supports compliance operations under counsel direction
- Assists with vendor and customer due diligence and Data Protection Impact Assessments
- Maintains organized, audit‑ready legal files
- Processes legal invoices and purchase orders
- Proactively escalates regulatory questions and legal issues to counsel
- Partners closely with Sales, Procurement, Security/IT, Product, Marketing, HR, and Finance
Requirements
- Law degree required
- 1 year of experience in the field
- English advanced (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Experience in a multinational or tech company legal department preferred
- Familiarity with privacy regulations and compliance processes preferred
- Previous experience working with cross-functional teams preferred
