About the role

  • Rebuild and strengthen the local company culture based on EdgeUno’s core values
  • Lead, inspire, and coach the Ecuador team to deliver high performance with accountability and collaboration
  • Oversee the Ecuador sales organization — audit current pipeline, improve conversion, and rebuild relationships
  • Drive consistent revenue growth by improving lead generation and customer engagement
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and network teams
  • Own the P&L for Ecuador — ensure profitability and compliance with requirements

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in telecom, cloud, or data center industries
  • Proven success in rebuilding teams and turning around underperforming operations
  • Strong track record in sales management and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Deep understanding of Ecuador’s business culture and telecom ecosystem
  • Based in Quito, Ecuador , with ability to travel as needed
