About the role
- Administrative, operational and organizational tasks.
- Preparation of presentations and development of reports.
- Coordination of appointments, meetings, and travel planning and bookings.
- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices for the tax advisor.
- Document and contract management.
- Coordination of responses to inquiries.
Requirements
- Passion for e‑commerce.
- Experience in commercial, administrative, or organizational roles.
- Confident knowledge of Office365 applications (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Independent and meticulous working style.
- Enjoy working as part of a company group distributed across multiple locations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in German and, ideally, also in English.
