About the role

  • Onboard and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of new clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their digital marketing needs.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives.
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote services, generate leads, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Understand client goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions and strategic recommendations.
  • Design results-oriented campaigns that deliver immediate impact while ensuring long-term sustainability.
  • Drive account growth through upselling and increasing campaign budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database.
  • Manage a high volume of client interactions daily, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C2/native level)
  • Proficient English (B2 minimum) for internal communication and reporting
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, PPC, and digital marketing best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
