About the role
- Onboard and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of new clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their digital marketing needs.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote services, generate leads, and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand client goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions and strategic recommendations.
- Design results-oriented campaigns that deliver immediate impact while ensuring long-term sustainability.
- Drive account growth through upselling and increasing campaign budgets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database.
- Manage a high volume of client interactions daily, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent German (C2/native level)
- Proficient English (B2 minimum) for internal communication and reporting
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, PPC, and digital marketing best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
