About the role
- Onboard a portfolio of new clients, establishing strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Develop, implement, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns tailored to client objectives and business needs.
- Make outbound calls to promote services, identify opportunities, and generate new business.
- Understand clients’ objectives, challenges, and goals, and propose solutions that align with their digital marketing strategy.
- Set up strategic campaigns designed for immediate results while maintaining long-term performance sustainability.
- Increase client investment in campaigns through upselling and account growth initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and database information.
- Handle a high volume of potential clients daily, maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and aligned with client goals.
Requirements
- Fluent German (C2 or native level)
- Proficient English (B2 minimum) for internal communication and reporting
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of Google Ads, PPC strategies, and digital marketing trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
