About the role

  • Onboard a portfolio of new clients, establishing strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop, implement, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns tailored to client objectives and business needs.
  • Make outbound calls to promote services, identify opportunities, and generate new business.
  • Understand clients’ objectives, challenges, and goals, and propose solutions that align with their digital marketing strategy.
  • Set up strategic campaigns designed for immediate results while maintaining long-term performance sustainability.
  • Increase client investment in campaigns through upselling and account growth initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and database information.
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients daily, maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and aligned with client goals.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C2 or native level)
  • Proficient English (B2 minimum) for internal communication and reporting
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of Google Ads, PPC strategies, and digital marketing trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
