About the role
- Manage client accounts, develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Onboard and advise a portfolio of new clients, acting as their trusted marketing partner
- Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads and PPC campaigns that align with client goals
- Conduct outbound calls to promote services, generate new leads, and increase business opportunities
- Understand clients’ objectives and challenges and provide customized recommendations
- Set up strategic campaigns designed for both immediate results and long-term performance
- Drive account growth through upselling and increasing client investment in campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven optimizations
- Maintain a comprehensive client database with up-to-date account information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluent German speaker (C2/native level)
- Proficient in English (B2 minimum)
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of Google Ads, PPC strategies, and digital marketing principles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
