About the role

  • Independent management and development of healthcare and FMCG brands on Amazon and in online pharmacies.
  • Planning product detail pages, A+ Content, Brand Store and Brand Story to sustainably increase visibility, conversion and brand building.
  • Designing and implementing retail media campaigns (Sponsored Ads, DSP, CTV) together with our advertising team.
  • Analyzing market, competitor and performance data, identifying growth opportunities and deriving concrete optimization measures.
  • Acting as an interface between client, content, advertising, operations and BI — ensuring all parts work seamlessly together.
  • Creating reports, deriving recommendations for action and continuously optimizing brand performance.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in e-commerce, online marketing or account management — ideally in OTC / FMCG / healthcare.
  • Understanding of digital retail structures, brand and assortment management in the pharmacy or marketplace environment.
  • Knowledge of or interest in Amazon (Vendor Central, Seller Central, Ads) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset: you derive concrete actions from numbers.
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high standard of quality.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
