About the role
- Coordinating training programs and events that support employee learning and growth
- Managing logistics such as scheduling, communications, and attendance tracking
- Supporting both virtual and in-person learning sessions
- Maintaining accurate records in the LMS, including course enrollment, completion data, and training paths
- Registering employees for learning events, enrolling them in courses, and assigning learning tracks based on role and/or development needs
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires by enrolling them in required courses and tracking completion
- Managing the internal marketing of learning programs to increase participation and visibility
- Generating and distributing monthly and ad-hoc reports on training completion, attendance, and evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years in training, HR or L&D role
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field a plus
- Experience with UKG, Success Factors, and Yardi Aspire preferred
