About the role
- This hybrid position (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) plays a key role in coordinating training programs and events that support employee learning and growth.
- Responsibilities include managing logistics such as scheduling, communications, and attendance tracking, as well as supporting both virtual and in-person learning sessions.
- Coordinates the logistics of employee onboarding (NHO), on-site and virtual training, employee engagement, wellness, and performance management sessions.
- Ensures all training sessions and events run smoothly by supporting instructors and participants before, during, and after each session.
- Maintains accurate records in the LMS, including course enrollment, completion data, and training paths.
- Assists with the rollout and reporting of employee satisfaction and pulse surveys.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent of education and experience.
- Must have 2+ years in training, HR or L&D role.
- Bachelors degree in HR Management or related field a plus.
- Experience with UKG, Success Factors, and Yardi Aspire preferred.
