About the role

  • This hybrid position (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) plays a key role in coordinating training programs and events that support employee learning and growth.
  • Responsibilities include managing logistics such as scheduling, communications, and attendance tracking, as well as supporting both virtual and in-person learning sessions.
  • Coordinates the logistics of employee onboarding (NHO), on-site and virtual training, employee engagement, wellness, and performance management sessions.
  • Ensures all training sessions and events run smoothly by supporting instructors and participants before, during, and after each session.
  • Maintains accurate records in the LMS, including course enrollment, completion data, and training paths.
  • Assists with the rollout and reporting of employee satisfaction and pulse surveys.

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent of education and experience.
  • Must have 2+ years in training, HR or L&D role.
  • Bachelors degree in HR Management or related field a plus.
  • Experience with UKG, Success Factors, and Yardi Aspire preferred.
