About the role

  • Support the smooth operation of payroll, benefits, and HR processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate biweekly payroll processing
  • Maintain meticulous records and prepare essential reports for compliance
  • Assist payroll team with bi-weekly multi-state payroll for all employees
  • Complete verifications of employment requests
  • Monitor and respond to payroll support inquiries
  • Review and approve direct deposit requests
  • Assist with quarterly audits for payroll and benefits
  • Process terminations and handle benefit coordination

Requirements

  • Associate's degree, preferably in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 year of payroll/HR Admin experience
  • HR/Payroll certification preferred
  • Experience working with UKG Workforce Ready and UKG Pro Software, or other outsourced payroll software and automated timekeeping software
