About the role
- Manage five or more complex projects simultaneously
- Report to client office location(s) and company HQ
- Travel within the southern California territory
- Oversee project scope, budget, timelines, and resources
- Provide management oversight across multiple projects
- Deliver regular progress updates to stakeholders
- Lead project forecasting and communications
- Develop process improvements for workflows
- Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses
- Drive continuous improvements in performance and efficiency
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Project Management work experience in a regulated utility industry
- Planning transmission or distribution work experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree with relevant project and field experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proven aptitude for high volume, complex project and program management
- Preferred previous SoCalGas experience.
