About the role
- Responsible for the planning and reporting processes of the HanseWerk Group's grid business
- Lead a team of 9 employees
- Ensure transparency of financial performance for the Executive Board, Supervisory Board and the Group
- Initiate corrective measures when required
- Serve as an interface within the E.ON Group and contribute to cross-functional topics
- Responsible for and coordinate risk management for the HanseWerk Group
- Further develop the area as well as processes and systems in the context of digitalization
Requirements
- Diploma or Master’s degree in Business Administration
- In-depth professional knowledge in controlling and the energy industry
- Many years of leadership experience
- Confident user of MS Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
- Customer-oriented and open to innovative solutions
- Responsible with a curious, practical-minded approach to people and processes
- Ability to inspire, team-oriented and mindful
