About the role
- Drive Reporting Accuracy & Preparedness by reviewing performance reports, validating accuracy, and routing issues.
- Prepare and deliver insights for ongoing or ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Assist with training materials and level-one support for new or existing coaches.
- Assign coaches to new accounts and ensure onboarding resources are created in advance.
- Manage cancellation requests and coach transitions.
- Maintain accurate records through CRM tools and internal systems.
- Build and maintain product knowledge to assist with special projects as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service or operations experience; dealership marketing experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM and maintain high levels of accuracy and organization.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong initiative.
- Ability to follow established processes and instructions, both written and verbal.
- Comfort working independently while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
