About the role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical and functional specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Lead workshops, design sessions, and review meetings with business and technical teams to gain approvals.
  • Design and develop SAC dashboards, stories, data models, and data actions for finance and sales analytics.
  • Manage transport requests and promotion of objects across development, QA, and production systems.
  • Define and execute testing strategies including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Lead cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) — story design, data modeling, scripting, and planning.
  • Deep understanding of SAP FI and SD data models (GL, AR/AP, Sales Orders, Billing, Pricing, Revenue).
  • Experience developing CDS Views, HANA Calculation Views, or BW Queries.
  • Familiarity with ABAP or SQLScript for backend data logic and optimization.
  • Proven experience with transport management, change approvals, and release processes.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage priorities, delegate tasks effectively, and mentor junior analysts/developers.
  • Candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English.
