• Get us on their speed dial for water/mold emergencies
• Secure signed referral agreements (we provide materials and process)
• Earn recurring commission on every job we invoice from those relationships
• Build and maintain a target list of 50–100 plumbing companies in assigned counties
• Book 10–15 owner/GM meetings per week; run a tight 20-minute pitch
• Train dispatch/techs at partner shops (quick huddles, leave-behinds, QR cards)
• Be responsive to partners; confirm DryTech on-site within 60 minutes
• Track pipeline in CRM; weekly report: new partners, active referrers, jobs, revenue
