Own end-to-end management of GTM programs from planning through execution, ensuring end to end GTM execution plan is aligned with customer strategy and business objectives.
Act as the connective tissue across all business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product) ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and execution in market.
Partner with customer-facing teams to ensure GTM programs address customer needs, improve experience, and drive adoption.
Build program management frameworks, dashboards, and processes to improve visibility, accountability, and execution speed across GTM initiatives.
Track program performance through key metrics and share learnings to continuously refine GTM strategies.
Support organizational readiness for new initiatives, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption across internal teams and customers.
Prepare and deliver updates for senior leadership, highlighting program outcomes, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in program management within GTM strategy teams
Experience operating in a SaaS company or environment, with a strong understanding of recurring revenue models and cloud-based go-to-market motions
Strong experience with Salesforce, with the ability to design, manage, and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reporting to support GTM program execution
Proven experience owning and driving end-to-end pre-sales programs from strategy through execution
Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs and influencing without direct authority
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
Highly organized with strong problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical skills
Experience working with customer insights and data to inform program design and measure success
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
PMP, PgMP, or other project/program management certifications (preferred)
