- Front-end engineers don’t just implement features—they help define them, ship them, and measure their impact.
- Develop new user-facing features using React and Typescript.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Translate designs and wireframes from Figma into high quality code.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Work on integrations with calendar services, project management platforms, and to-do list trackers.
- Support backend development from time-to-time as needed.
- Collaborate with a scrappy, small team to build the future of time management!
- Ensure platforms are responsive, accessible, and deliver exceptional experiences at scale; focus on optimization, experimentation, and innovation.
- Influence core metrics like user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization by shipping and measuring UI impact.
Requirements
- BS degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent technical experience.
- 8+ years of software engineering and/or related industry experience
- Success developing and shipping a large-scale web application with a user-empathetic mindset.
- Skilled at building user-facing applications and supporting systems and libraries on web and/or desktop using frontend technologies such as TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS.
- Ability to work across the stack on projects and able to build a minimum working product quickly.
- Participation in on-call rotations as part of team responsibilities (availability for calls during core and non-core business hours).
